Through September 21, my birthday, the first 21 women who enroll get a private hour with me. One on one. Your life, my eye, sixty minutes that are only yours. After the first 21 women, the door stays open but this does not. Founding members get what no one after them will.

Center of Gravity
Stop Performing. Start Living.
You already know the feeling.
You "the life". The house, the calendar, the version of you everyone counts on.And somewhere in it, you stopped being able to take a full breath. This is the twelve weeks you design a life that feels as good as it looks. Not another course to consume. A method to live by.
One question underneath all of it: Does this feel good?
If something in you just exhaled, you are in the right room.

The Center of Gravity Method: Four Phases. One Filter. A Life Redesigned.
Center of Gravity is a 12-week course for women who hold it all together — and are finally ready to design something that holds them. This isn't a decorating course. This isn't another self-help program. This is the only framework that bridges inner transformation with tangible design — guided by one question: does this feel good? Enrollment is open. Founding pricing and the private session end September 21.
01 - FEEL
Your Why. Recalibrate your instincts. Reconnect with what actually feels good. Build your personal Design Brief – the compass for everything that follows.
02 - DESIGN
Your Space. Learn to read your rooms. Transform one space with intention using color, texture, and sensory design as emotional tools. Feel the shift in your body.
03 - EXPRESS
Your Signature. Your closet is the most honest room in your house. Build your visual voice – how you dress, enter a room, and curate your world. This isn't vanity. It's language.
04 - LIVE
The Bridge. Make the loop between inner and outer intentional. Rituals, rhythms, boundaries, and the invisible architecture of a life that holds you. This is the phase no one else teaches.
12 weeks. Intentional living by design
she looks like this
She runs everything. Including herself into the ground.
She is the person other people bring their hard problems to — at work, at home, in the group chat. She is decisive, high-functioning, and exhausted in a way she doesn't say out loud. Her environment was built around productivity, not restoration. Her wardrobe is efficient. Her home is staged for guests. Her calendar belongs to everyone but her. COG is the first 12 weeks she's invested entirely in her own architecture — the inner environment that makes every other decision easier, the physical spaces that actually restore her, the daily life that finally runs in her direction too.
She redecorated. It still doesn't feel right.
She spent real money on her space. New furniture, a designer consultation, Pinterest boards she actually followed through on. The room looks correct. It just doesn't feel like her. She walks in and something is still missing. What she didn't know — and what COG teaches — is that you cannot design a room to hold you if you don't yet know what "held" feels like. The room was never the problem. The brief was missing.
She's the one everyone calls capable.
Her career is real. Her home is beautiful — or at least it looks that way in photos. Her calendar runs like a system she built and now can't turn off. She's never not working, never not managing, never not holding something together for someone else. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, she stopped being able to tell the difference between what she actually wants and what she's just gotten very good at executing. COG gives her language for that gap — and a 12-week practice for closing it.
She's in transition and terrified of getting it wrong again.
Divorce. A move. An empty nest. A company she just sold or just left. She is standing in a life that no longer fits the shape she thought she was. Everything is up for redesign — which sounds like possibility and feels like vertigo. COG meets her exactly here. Not with answers about what her life should look like next. With tools to figure out what she actually wants it to feel like — and how to build from there.
She's allergic to self-help. She's here anyway.
She has rolled her eyes at every vision board, every "manifest your best life" workshop, every breathwork retreat her friends came back from glowing and vague. She is too smart, too grounded, and frankly too busy for magical thinking dressed up as transformation. What stopped her scroll — what made her stay on this page — is that this isn't that. COG is built on design principles, not affirmations. The work is tangible. The results are visible. You'll change a room. You'll edit a closet. You'll feel the difference in your body before you have language for it. She doesn't need to believe in the woo. She just needs to trust the method. She will.
Why this. Why now.
I Created This Because I Kept Meeting the Same Woman.
She's brilliant. She's accomplished. She runs everything beautifully. And something is missing. Her home looks great but doesn't feel like hers. Her closet is full but nothing feels right. Her calendar is packed but nothing fills her up. The problem isn't effort. The problem is she never designed any of it on purpose.

Khristian A. Howell
Nationally published color + pattern expert. On-air design personality (TODAY Show, HLN, FOX). Contributing editor at Better Homes & Gardens. Guest judge on NBC's American Dream Builders with Nate Berkus. Consultant to Nordstrom, Shaw Flooring, and AmericasMart. 15+ years proving that design isn't about making things pretty, it's about making life feel good. The Center of Gravity Method is the framework I built from 15 years of watching design transform, and fail to transform, how women actually live.
This Isn't a Makeover.
It's a Practice You Keep.
Most personal development stays in your head. The Center of Gravity Method lands in the physical world. You don't just think about transformation – you see it in your room. You feel it when you get dressed. You notice it in your calendar. The felt result isn't at the end of 12 weeks. It's every single week.
Life Should Feel Good
"You can't design a life that holds you if you don't know what 'held' feels like. This course teaches you both."
faq's
I'm not a "design person." Is this for me?
This course was built for you. You don't need a design degree or a Pinterest aesthetic. If you can walk into a room and tell me whether it feels good or not, you have everything you need. Design is the vehicle. You are the destination.I don't have time for a 12-week course.
That's the signal this is exactly the right time. Each week requires one lesson and one action, not a renovation. One truth. One doable thing. One felt result. If you have 20 minutes a week and the willingness to ask "does this feel good?", you have enough time.Is this a home decorating course?
No. This is a life design course that uses your physical environment as the entry point. Yes, you'll transform a room and edit your closet – but those are tools, not the goal. The goal is a woman who trusts herself enough to design a life that feels as good as it looks. What if I rent or I'm in a transitional space?
Even better. The Center of Gravity Method doesn't require you to own your home or have a renovation budget. Khristian built this philosophy while moving cities and navigating a life defined by unpredictability. The method works anywhere because it starts inside.I've taken self-help courses before and they didn't stick.
Most personal development stays in your head. The Center of Gravity Method lands in the physical world. You see the transformation in your room. You feel it when you get dressed. The felt result isn't at the end – it's every single week. You can't unfeel a room that finally holds you.How is this different from a life coach or therapist?"
Answer: "COG isn't talk therapy and it isn't coaching. It's a design methodology applied to your whole life, with tangible, physical actions that produce felt results. You won't just process. You'll build. What if I fall behind?"
Answer: "The course is self-paced within the 12-week container. You move when you move. The tools don't expire.
